About the Role

The Social Media Ads Manager position at Ruby Labs is a key role in the company's digital marketing team, responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Create and manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid social campaigns with overall marketing strategies
  • Design and implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve campaign efficiency
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports to track campaign performance and provide regular updates to the marketing team
  • Manage and optimize ad targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies to achieve campaign goals

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
  • Proven track record of success in driving campaign performance and improving ROI
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Experience with social media advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
