Job Description

About the Role

The Social Media Advertising Strategist position at Directive is a pivotal role for anyone passionate about digital marketing and social media advertising. As part of a specialized division focused exclusively on social media advertising, you will be at the heart of developing and executing innovative strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve leading a collection of social media accounts, serving as direct support to client contacts, and ensuring seamless communication with vendors and operational partners. The role requires a deep understanding of client positioning, unique value propositions, and the ability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.

Being part of a dynamic team that values the 'best idea wins' culture means you will be in an environment that fosters growth, innovation, and teamwork. Your contribution will be crucial in driving cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional networks. Directive's commitment to using Customer Generation, a marketing methodology developed in-house, means you will be working with a focus on SQLs and customers, rather than traditional metrics. This approach, combined with the company's significant growth over the last few years, indicates a forward-thinking environment that values results and client satisfaction.
