About the Role

The Social Media and Content Manager role is a pivotal position that requires a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of social media and content strategies for a high-growth CPG company. This role entails day-to-day management of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation, preferably in the CPG industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and conversion
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to leverage them for brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to write, edit, and design engaging content
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media and content marketing
