About the Role
The Social Media and Influencer Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. This role will be the driving force behind creating and curating compelling content that resonates with the target audience and sets Pete & Gerry's Organics apart in the premium egg space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, platform-specific content creation, and influencer marketing.As a key member of the marketing team, the Social Media and Influencer Manager will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Content Creator, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message. This role will also involve working with internal creative teams to develop graphic-led content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategy.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
- Manage and schedule social media posts using a content calendar
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote Pete & Gerry's Organics
- Analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and conversions
- Identify and implement new social media trends and platforms to stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and manage social media budgets, ensuring ROI is maximized
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategy
- Create and implement a social media crisis management plan
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Excellent content creation and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with graphic design and video production
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to social media content
- Experience with paid social media advertising, including Facebook and Instagram ads
- Certification in social media marketing, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
