About the Role
Elvoro, an innovative AI marketing technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to handle all non-technical operations of the company. This role entails creating social media content at scale using company-funded AI tools, managing operational documents, and executing ad hoc non-technical tasks as directed by the founder. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.As a key member of the team, the Social Media Content Creator will play a crucial role in driving the company's content strategy and helping to scale the business. What You Will Do
- Create social media content at scale using company-funded AI tools, including video scripts, voiceover scripts, and captions
- Source quality stock footage, curate visual assets, and perform light video editing
- Manage operational documents, including cataloguing, labelling, and organizing large video libraries and other assets using Google Sheets
- Set up and warm up new social media accounts end-to-end, including phone numbers, email addresses, and platform verification
- Execute ad hoc non-technical tasks as directed by the founder, independently and on deadline
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
- Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust the content strategy accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing and viral content creation
- Strong cinematic and visual sensibility, with an intuitive eye for what makes quality content compelling and scroll-stopping
- Proficiency with AI creative tools, social media content creation, and video editing software
- Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
- Fluent English
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Google Sheets and other productivity tools
