About the Role

The Social Media Content Creator role is a vital part of Favoured's marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. As a key member of the team, you will be tasked with creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives meaningful interactions. Your day-to-day activities will include brainstorming ideas, writing and editing posts, designing graphics, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future content decisions.

As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure that all social media channels are consistently branded and messaging is cohesive. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with other team members to achieve shared goals.

What You Will Do

  • Brainstorm ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and content
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including social media scheduling software and graphic design programs
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a remote team
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
