What You Will Do

  • Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
  • Assist in the development of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to identify opportunities for social media content
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for social media content
  • Assist in the creation of social media reports to track performance and progress

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of creating engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and video editing software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
