About the Role
As a Social Media Content Creator at FuseGlobal, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that engages and grows our online presence in the pizza industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels. You will be working remotely and will be expected to be self-motivated and disciplined in your work.The social media landscape is constantly evolving, and as a content creator, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices. You will be expected to conduct research and analyze data to inform your content decisions and ensure that our social media presence is aligned with our business goals.
You will be part of a dynamic marketing team and will report directly to the Marketing Manager. Your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the company's social media presence and driving engagement with our target audience.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform content decisions and optimize social media performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels
- Conduct research and analyze data to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with influencers and other partners to amplify our social media presence
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platform updates and algorithm changes
- Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production
- Ability to work Independently in a remote setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search
