What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the company's brand voice and style.
- Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm new ideas and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular social media analytics to track engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators, and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
- Work with the design team to create visual content that meets the brand's aesthetic and messaging guidelines.
- Participate in campaign planning to ensure social media is integrated into broader marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest social media platform changes and algorithm updates to ensure content is optimized for maximum reach.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in creating and implementing social media content strategies for brands or organizations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their unique features, audience demographics, and content types.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives significant brand awareness and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Familiarity with content management systems and blogging platforms.
