About the Role

The Social Media & Content Manager position at Xsolla is a pivotal role that involves co-leading content planning, managing day-to-day publishing, running community interactions, and helping operate Discord servers for two distinct brands: Xsolla Partner Network and Lightstream. This role is crucial in showcasing the company's commitment to the creator community and requires a deep understanding of what resonates with this audience. The day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted, including but not limited to, developing and implementing social media strategies that cater to the unique needs of each brand, ensuring consistent brand voice across all platforms, and continuously monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics to refine the content approach. Given the dynamic nature of social media and the ever-evolving preferences of the creator community, adaptability, creativity, and a data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Co-lead in planning and executing comprehensive content strategies for Xsolla Partner Network and Lightstream across various social media platforms.
  • Manage the day-to-day publishing schedule, ensuring content quality, relevance, and consistency with brand voices.
  • Develop and maintain a strong online community through active engagement, responding to comments, and fostering a positive brand image.
  • Assist in the operation of Discord servers for both brands, ensuring they are engaging, well-moderated, and align with the overall community strategy.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to conceptualize and implement community interactions and events that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, content marketing, and community management to constantly improve strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools, including GA4, to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the content team to brief and produce high-quality, engaging content that meets the needs of the creator community.
  • Conduct regular social media audits to ensure brand consistency and compliance with guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or community management, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple brand identities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage social presence for multiple distinct brands simultaneously, with a focus on building and maintaining strong community engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Discord, beyond being an active user, with the ability to manage and moderate communities effectively.
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social or equivalent, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, GA4, and the basics of cross-channel attribution, with the ability to analyze and apply data insights to improve content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
