As a Social Media Content Specialist at VirtueStaff, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the company's brand presence across LinkedIn and Meta platforms. What You Will Do

  • Write compelling, clean social copy and hooks that drive engagement, comments, and shares
  • Conceptualize and script cohesive social media campaigns designed to promote VirtueStaff's services and open recruitment roles
  • Monitor platforms, lean into social engagement, and interact with the community to build brand loyalty
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking content deployment
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience successfully managing professional social media channels
  • A truly creative individual who can take a loose idea, trend, or bulleted list and independently turn it into polished content
  • Highly capable of using modern AI tools to brainstorm or increase workflow efficiency
  • Exceptional grammar, spelling, and design standards, especially critical when representing a professional healthcare brand
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • In-depth understanding of what performs best on LinkedIn versus Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (like Canva or Adobe Suite)
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/social schedulers is preferred
