About the Role

The Social Media Coordinator role at The Sociable Society is an exciting opportunity for a creative and skilled individual to join a dynamic team. As a social media coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring performance metrics.

What You Will Do

  • Ideate and create social-first content for the company's main social media channels
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Support optimization of content for each platform, including formatting, captions, and trending audio
  • Consistently manage and update content calendars to ensure timely publishing
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content across platforms and engage with audiences in a timely, brand-appropriate voice
  • Identify opportunities to drive engagement and conversation
  • Escalate any sensitive inquiries to the larger team
  • Maintain organized content libraries for brand partners for event-related campaigns
  • Coordinate assets from photographers and videographers, including shot lists and edits
  • Assist in conceptualizing content moments for events and creating social-first strategies for on-site capture
  • Pull and track performance data using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Studio
  • Assist in building monthly analytics reports
  • Monitor engagement trends and top-performing content

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or other editing tools
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Understanding of social media metrics and tracking tools
  • Experience with content management systems and social media scheduling tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to the latest social media trends and algorithms

  • Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships
