About the Role
The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the brand's online presence and driving engagement across various social media platforms. This is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and content creation. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement organic social media marketing strategies that align with business goals.The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in social media and influencer marketing. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day social media channels, developing and implementing social media content calendars, and overseeing influencer collaborations.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy to grow community and engagement
- Create engaging social programs, both editorial and promotional, with a cohesive point of view and brand voice
- Manage content creation, curation, and copywriting for daily posts across multiple social media platforms
- Apply basic design skills through Adobe and/or Canva to create visually appealing content
- Attend photoshoots and travel when needed to create unique social content and push influencer collaborations
- Represent the company at influencer events and brand booths across Europe
- Oversee day-to-day social media channel management, including scheduling, community engagement, and responding to DMs
- Monitor performance analytics and competitive benchmarking regularly to understand the effectiveness of the strategy
- Stay at the forefront of influencer marketing trends, channel algorithms, platform changes, legal requirements, and shifts in the influencer community
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and create impactful influencer campaigns
- Oversee a team of specialists to audit and outreach to influencers, negotiate and brief influencers, and deliver impactful content
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing at a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand

- Proven track record of growing branded social channels at scale with named examples and specific outcomes
- Knowledge of current influencer rates, contract norms, and legal requirements
- Strong creative instinct, an eye for trends, and the hustle mindset to drive daily and test fast
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Understanding of paid social campaign management
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of European markets and influencer communities
