About the Role

KU Europe GmbH is seeking a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and turn it into a strong growth channel in the German market.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Plan and produce high-quality content across formats including short-form video, visuals, and copy
  • Build and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
  • Coordinate with external creators including photographers, videographers, and UGC creators to ensure steady content production
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships from outreach to execution

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of the German market, consumer behavior, and digital trends
  • Solid experience with content creation and social media management
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, German language is a plus
