What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals
  • Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, providing direction and coaching to ensure high-quality output
  • Create and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads
  • Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns, tracking performance and results
  • Monitor social media channels to maintain brand voice and deliver quality engagement
  • Ensure timely delivery of social media content, including YouTube timestamps, WordPress content, and other assets
  • Stay ahead of trends and implement innovative approaches to drive reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with managers and peers to align social strategies with broader initiatives
  • Drive accountability using project management tools such as Asana
  • Lead team syncs, strategy sessions, and organizational meetings as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Skilled in balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, campaign development, analytics, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in Excel and other project management tools
  • A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

Nice to Have

  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing software
  • Certification in social media marketing or a related field
