About the Role

The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the online presence of a renowned culinary brand, founded by Chef Nikolas Laios. This part-time remote position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in social media management, content creation, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily posting across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as scheduling and publishing high-volume content.

The brand's mission is to bring Mediterranean culture, longevity, and world-class gastronomy to a global audience, and the Social Media Manager will be instrumental in achieving this goal. With a deep understanding of social media trends, the ability to create engaging content, and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine, the ideal candidate will be able to drive growth, increase engagement, and build a loyal community of followers.

The Social Media Manager will work closely with the founder and other team members to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand's vision and values. What You Will Do

  • Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including Reels, Stories, Shorts, and long-form video publishing
  • Schedule and publish high-volume content, including 2+ videos per day
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, aligning with the brand's mission and values
  • Write captions that reflect the voice of a world-class chef, deep, authentic, and culturally rich
  • Communicate complex themes, such as longevity, Mediterranean nutrition, and food as medicine, in an engaging and accessible way
  • Conduct hashtag research, engagement, and community management to increase brand visibility and drive growth
  • Provide monthly growth reporting and strategy updates across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the founder and other team members to develop and implement social media campaigns
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the brand's online presence

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven growth results across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Experience managing multiple brand identities simultaneously, including personal and product brands
  • Strong understanding of luxury, hospitality, wellness, or high-profile chef and food brands
  • Excellent English copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging, culturally rich content
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean culture, cuisine, and lifestyle, with a deep understanding of longevity principles and Blue Zones
  • Experience with Reels and short-form video publishing, with a strong visual aesthetic
  • Ability to work independently, with a flexible schedule and a high level of autonomy
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with the founder and other team members

Nice to Have

  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search
  • Experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships
  • Certification in social media marketing or a related field
