About the Role
As a Social Media Manager at Flexcube, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, grows the brand's online presence, and builds a community around modern interior design. Your day-to-day activities will include creating and scheduling content, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting your strategy to optimize results. You will be working independently, making decisions that impact the brand's social media presence, and collaborating with the team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.The role requires a strong understanding of social media algorithms, content creation, and community engagement. You will be working with a premium product that looks great on camera, giving you the creative freedom to shape the brand's social presence. Your goal will be to grow the follower base, increase engagement rates, and drive conversions.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Create, schedule, and publish content that tells a story around Flexcube's products
- Grow the follower base and engagement rate with a clear monthly growth plan
- Analyze performance metrics weekly and adjust the strategy based on data
- Research and identify interior design influencers, architects, and home decor creators in the DACH region
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate cooperations, and manage the full process from first contact to content delivery
- Organize product placements, unboxings, room makeovers, and other collaboration formats
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and monitor trends in the interior design and furniture space
- Bring ideas for campaigns and content series that drive engagement and reach
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or personal channel
- Proven track record of growing a social media channel, with metrics to demonstrate success
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and best practices
- Excellent English communication skills, with German being a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of the role
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Adjust and Excel
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok and Pinterest
- Knowledge of interior design and furniture trends
- Certification in social media marketing or a related field
