What You Will Do

  • Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts
  • Develop and lead content strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals
  • Create and oversee content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and short-form video concepts that drive engagement
  • Brief and collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Lead campaign launches, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Support and direct content shoots as required
  • Work closely with the founding team and clients to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proven track record of managing social media for brands or businesses
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of what makes content perform organically
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confidence in using scheduling, reporting, and analytics tools
