About the Role

As a Social Media Marketing & Analyst at uvation, you will be at the heart of the company's digital marketing efforts, primarily focused on analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on both organic and paid social media campaigns. Your mission will be to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation for uvation's SaaS and IT solutions, targeting B2B decision-makers across North America. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong expertise in both paid and organic social media strategies, particularly across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, and YouTube. You will be working closely with the demand generation, product marketing, and content teams to improve campaign performance and align social media efforts with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. A strong understanding of B2B social media metrics, full-funnel tracking, and performance attribution is essential, as well as familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage performance dashboards and reports to track key social media KPIs, including engagement, reach, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve social media performance and optimize budget allocation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes within the SaaS and IT space.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of organic content across all active platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to publish thought leadership, product news, and brand content aligned with the B2B buyer journey.
  • Optimize publishing schedules, formats, and messaging based on data insights and content performance.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms to support lead generation goals.
  • Set up targeting, tracking (UTMs, pixels), and conversions for accurate performance attribution and full-funnel reporting.
  • Continuously test creatives, messaging, and audience segments to drive performance in high-value B2B accounts.
  • Work closely with the demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to align social media campaigns with strategic business objectives.
  • Present social media reports and insights to stakeholders, making proactive recommendations for improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media analytics and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience running and optimizing B2B social media campaigns for SaaS or IT products, with a strong understanding of the North American market.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of B2B social media metrics, full-funnel tracking, and performance attribution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Comfortable with creating reports and visualizations using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative and proactive work style.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS buyer personas, B2B funnels, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio and experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with other social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
