About the Role

As a Social Media Monitoring Specialist at Webfx, you will play a crucial role in tracking and analyzing social media campaigns for the company's clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring social media metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to inform campaign strategies. What You Will Do

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights to inform campaign strategies
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement
  • Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide recommendations for social media advertising and influencer partnerships
  • Participate in brainstorms and strategy sessions to develop innovative social media campaigns
  • Assist in the development of social media governance and compliance policies

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience with social media advertising and influencer partnerships
  • Knowledge of social media governance and compliance policies
  • Certification in social media marketing or a related field
