About the Role

Gantri, a leading design manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to drive the company's brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing high-quality content that showcases Gantri's innovative products and design-driven aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent video editing and production skills, and the ability to stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices.

In this role, you will work closely with the brand, design, and marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals. You will also be responsible for managing content calendars, leading community management, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and growth strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Conceptualize, produce, and publish high-quality short-form video content independently
  • Set the creative direction for the channel, maintaining a consistent visual and tonal point of view
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, audio, and best practices, and translate them into on-brand executions
  • Build and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing cadence and campaign alignment
  • Lead community management strategy and own brand voice in social engagement
  • Own performance reporting, tracking views, engagement, saves, and shares, and use data to iterate and improve
  • Partner closely with brand, design, and marketing teams to lead social support for product launches and campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence creative direction and drive business results
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and their preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platform updates and algorithm changes

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-7 years of experience creating and leading social media content for brands or agencies
  • Demonstrated track record of growing social audiences and driving engagement for a lifestyle, design, or consumer brand
  • Deep expertise in Instagram and TikTok, with strong instincts for what performs natively on each platform
  • Advanced video editing and production skills, proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent tools
  • Strong visual taste with a refined eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and brand consistency
  • Experience owning content strategy end-to-end, from ideation through performance analysis
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence creative direction
  • Excellent written communication skills for captions, briefs, and internal stakeholder updates
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Photography or videography background with a professional portfolio
  • Experience working with premium design, home decor, interiors, or lifestyle brands
  • Proficiency with social analytics platforms, such as Sprout Social, Later, or native insights tools
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior creatives or content producers
  • Comfort capturing content across diverse environments, including studio, events, retail, and on-location
