## What You Will Do - Evaluate the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement and potential biases.

## What We Are Looking For - A PhD in Sociology or a related field, with a focus on research methods and statistical analysis.

• Alternatively, an MA in Sociology with at least 3 years of experience in research, policy, or teaching, demonstrating a strong understanding of sociological principles and their application.
• For candidates with a BA in Sociology, we require at least 5 years of applied experience in research, policy, or teaching, showing a proven track record of applying sociological knowledge in practical settings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with the team and present research findings.
• Experience with AI model evaluation and annotation, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
