The Software Development Team Leader role is a critical position that entails leading a multi-functional team of software engineers and QA professionals. This team is responsible for delivering high-impact solutions for clients across various industries, ensuring best practices in design, development, security, and quality. What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor a multi-functional team of software engineers and QA professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, DevSecOps, and Project Managers, to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain software using modern architectures, including Microservices and Event-Driven models.
- Promote secure coding standards and integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide technical insight, updates, and recommendations on software development and implementation.
- Embrace emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve the software development lifecycle and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Participate in the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for software development, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to ensure the security and compliance of the software solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or senior role, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
- Proven skills in .NET, React, React Native, and Node.js, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Solid understanding of Microservices, Cloud-Native, and Event-Driven Architecture, with experience in designing and implementing such systems.
- Practical knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, and Jest.
- Familiarity with secure SDLC practices and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or others, with experience in ensuring the security and compliance of software solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for learning, mentoring, and adopting new technologies, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
