About the Role
As a Software Engineer ERP Integrations at BLP Digital AG, you will play a vital role in enabling customers to connect their ERP systems with the company's platform. This involves designing and implementing interfaces, handling various protocols such as REST, SOAP, and direct database access, and managing file transfers. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Project Team and client stakeholders to ensure the technical integration of new clients, contributing directly to the company's business growth.The company, spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, has built a reputation for delivering cutting-edge technology and a strong sense of ownership. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enable seamless ERP integration. You will be working on the company's standard APIs using Go and Java, including further development and task execution.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable seamless ERP integration
- Work on standard APIs using Go and Java, including further development and task execution
- Design and implement interfaces for diverse protocols such as REST, SOAP, direct DB access, and file transfers
- Translate and map incoming EDI and e-invoice formats to the company's standards
- Explore new ERP systems and determine optimal communication methods
- Document new interfaces and features
- Work with existing customers and maintain their interfaces
- Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to the improvement of the development process
- Troubleshoot and debug integration issues
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in a technical role, ideally linked to integrations and/or ERP systems
- Proficiency in English, with proficiency in German preferred
- Experience with Go, Java, REST/SOAP, and SQL
- Ideally, professional experience in a client-facing role
- Structured and self-reliant working approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts
