Sentry values mentorship and collaboration, so you can expect to receive meaningful feedback, coaching, and mentorship from your manager and teammates throughout your internship.

Sentry's hybrid work model, with designated in-office anchor days, is designed to foster meaningful collaboration and connection among team members while also providing flexibility. For interns, this means being part of a dynamic environment where you can learn from experienced engineers, contribute to open-source projects, and grow both professionally and personally.
