What You Will Do

• Lead key engineering and product decisions to drive the growth and improvement of the iOS app
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Work within a dedicated product team to collaborate on product development and strategy
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap, aligning with the company's mission and goals
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture, ensuring scalability and performance
• Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to develop new features and improve existing ones
• Engage in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to the team when needed
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in iOS development, applying this knowledge to improve the app
• Contribute to the development of the company's technology strategy, aligned with its business goals

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in building and maintaining complex iOS applications, with a focus on user experience and performance
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with the ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code
• Experience with multithreading programming and working with CI/CD infrastructure
• Familiarity with Fastlane and SOLID principles, with the ability to apply them in coding practices
• Git experience, with an understanding of different Git strategies and best practices
• A customer-obsessed mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet user needs
• Product thinking, with the ability to make thoughtful decisions about the evolution of the product
