About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working on products that scaled to a large user base, a track record of engineering products from inception to decent traction, and a customer-obsessed mindset. What You Will Do

• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
• Work within a dedicated product team to shape the product roadmap
• Participate in product discussions to drive the evolution of the app
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure seamless integration
• Develop new features and improve existing ones to delight users
• Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS developments and trends
• Ensure the app's stability, performance, and security
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
• Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve issues

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with Swift and SwiftUI
• Strong understanding of multithreading programming concepts
• Familiarity with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies
• Customer-obsessed mindset and passion for delivering great user experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
