What You Will Do

• Lead key engineering and product decisions to drive the growth and development of the iOS app
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, ensuring high-quality user experiences
• Work within a dedicated product team to shape the product roadmap and maintain the existing complex app architecture
• Participate in product discussions to inform product decisions and drive the company's mission forward
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
• Maintain a customer-obsessed approach to product development, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet the needs of users
• Work with the team to identify and prioritize new features and functionality, with a focus on driving business growth and user engagement
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the iOS app

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working on products that have scaled to a large user base, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences
• Strong technical skills in Swift, SwiftUI, and multithreading programming, with experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Git
