What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet the needs of Lattice's clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Build and test experiments that require tight collaboration with product managers and designers.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance.
• Identify areas for improvement in the codebase and propose solutions to enhance maintainability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to help onboard new team members and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Focus on improving the user experience by identifying and addressing pain points through creative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of the company's technical vision and strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development to continuously improve Lattice's products and processes.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on modern web technologies.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment, with a proven ability to communicate technical ideas effectively.
