About the Role
Canonical is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to develop Python opscode for open source applications running on Kubernetes. The company's mission is to reinvent the way businesses manage their open source information systems, both on public clouds and in their own data centers.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python opscode for open source applications on Kubernetes
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure products operate reliably, efficiently, and scale to production-sized workloads
- Participate in ensuring sound software architecture and design
Requirements
- Strong Python development skills
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Interest in distributed systems and the entire Linux stack
