Software Engineer

What You Will Do

• Develop internal applications and external products that support the growth of digital assets and blockchain ecosystems
• Collaborate with other team members to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the company's technical requirements
• Work on projects that involve various blockchain technologies, including staking, networking, and cryptography
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective analysis
• Design and implement software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and apply this knowledge to improve the company's products and services
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical problems

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or other relevant disciplines
• 2-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on blockchain technologies
• Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Golang, Rust, Java, Python, C++, C#, Scala, or Haskell
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong understanding of computer engineering and system design principles
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, including staking, networking, and cryptography
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CircleCI
• Knowledge of security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control
• Experience with front-end development frameworks, including React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
