About the Role

The success of Sticker Mule's platform relies on the ability of its engineers to work efficiently across web and mobile platforms from the same codebase, utilizing technologies like Go, TypeScript, React, Expo, GraphQL, and Postgres, all running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The emphasis on using AI aggressively to innovate and push boundaries means that you will constantly be looking for new ways to integrate AI tools into the development process.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy new features and products
• Utilize AI and machine learning to enhance the functionality and user experience of Sticker Mule's software tools
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, working closely with the team to resolve problems efficiently
• Contribute to the development of Sticker Mule Pro, a suite of software tools including Stores, AI tools, Notify, Reply, and Hire Me
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing within the team

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional full-stack software engineering skills with experience in languages such as Go, TypeScript, and React
• Strong understanding of database systems, particularly Postgres
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Strong collaborative mindset with experience in remote work environments
• Proficiency in using AI and machine learning technologies to drive innovation
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
• A passion for software development and a continuous desire to learn and improve

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile app development using Expo
• Knowledge of GraphQL and its applications in software development
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and communication platforms like Slack
• Previous experience working in a fully remote setup with international teams
