About the Role
The Software Engineering Director role at Ford Pro is a senior technical leadership position that combines deep expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft with a servant leadership mindset. As a key member of the technology team, you'll guide the architecture, integration, and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions across Ford Pro's product ecosystem. What You Will Do
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions across Ford Pro's product ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform consistency and ensure strategic alignment
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the use of new technologies and approaches
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures for Salesforce CRM solutions
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce CRM solutions
- Develop and manage budgets for Salesforce CRM projects and initiatives
- Hire, train, and manage a team of software engineers and technical professionals
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to drive innovation and growth
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Salesforce and MuleSoft
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of success
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Experience with MuleSoft and other integration platforms
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes through technology
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
Nice to Have
- Experience with other CRM platforms, such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Salesforce or MuleSoft
