About the Role

Emma - The Sleep Company is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join their team. As an intern, you will be part of the architecture, design, and implementation of Emma's technology platform, supporting the company's growth to become the number-one sleep brand in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and operation of the company's tech stack
  • Implement product features that improve people's sleep and support Emma's core business
  • Contribute to the improvement of CI&CD and DevOps & SRE practices

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or Golang as a primary backend programming language
