Job Description
About the Role
As a Software Engineering Team Lead at bloXroute Labs, you'll guide a talented group dedicated to developing cutting-edge MEV services and enhancing mempool transactions for Binance Smart Chain (BSC).Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of blockchain core experts.
- Create offerings that enhance validator profits, while also delivering value to searchers.
- Develop strategies to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide blockchain best practices.
- Share insights on effective collaboration with validators and traders regarding BSC.
- Contribute to special data analysis projects as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing an Engineering team.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and implementing scalable backend systems.
- 3+ years of general Blockchain experience, specifically with MEV.
- Strong experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS.
- Proficiency in Go programming language.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, independent mindset with a team-oriented approach.
- Capability to read and modify core blockchain code, including components like geth, bor, and prysm.

- Background in data analysis related to blockchain systems.
