What You Will Do
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Solana ecosystem, leveraging your network and expertise to build relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives, including the launch of new security products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including protocol founders, developers, and investors
- Negotiate scopes, timelines, and pricing that work for both sides, ensuring that deals are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's goals
- Launch and sell the company's upcoming security product to Solana developers, leveraging your network and expertise to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Turn one-time clients into long-term security partners, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Attend Solana conferences and events, using these opportunities to build relationships, gather intelligence, and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the Ackee Blockchain team to develop and refine sales strategies, providing feedback and insights that inform product development and marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem, including new protocols, projects, and trends, and use this knowledge to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- A deep network across major Solana protocols, including Jupiter, Squads, and Meteora
- 3+ years of Web3 sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals with real protocols
- A strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem, including the technical aspects of the ecosystem and the key players and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and drive sales growth
- A talent for navigating complex and dynamic environments, with a keen eye for spotting opportunities and a talent for adaptability
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to work weekends and evenings, particularly during conference season
