About the Role
Twilio is seeking a Solution Acceleration Architect to support the GTM Solutions Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of new solutions and platform capabilities among top global customers.Responsibilities
- Run build workshops with B2B customers across Twilio's Global Sales base
- Build early adoption playbooks to support customers in accelerating time to value
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Demo Platform Engineering, Professional Services, and SI Partner teams to define the adoption blueprint
- Lead forward-deployed 'build with' programs for Global Direct accounts in presales stages
