About the Role
The Solution Architect, Customer Platforms role at Kinaxis is a unique opportunity to bridge business strategy and technical execution. As a key member of the team, you will translate customer-facing business requirements into scalable, secure solution architectures across CRM, service and support, partner engagement, revenue operations, and digital experience platforms. Your success will be measured by the business outcomes delivered, including improved customer experience, revenue enablement, operational efficiency, and customer trust.The role is part of a global organization with a strong presence in Canada, offering a hybrid work model for those based in Toronto or Ottawa and remote work options for other locations in Canada. You will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, and Technology, to shape the future of the customer platform ecosystem.

What You Will Do
- Translate customer-facing business requirements into scalable, secure solution architectures across multiple platforms
- Lead architecture for complex initiatives, determining solution approaches and decision frameworks
- Own solution outcomes through delivery, guiding key decisions and ensuring implementation remains aligned with intended business value
- Design end-to-end solutions addressing business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, governance, customer experience, and revenue considerations
- Evaluate and shape the use of emerging technologies to improve customer outcomes, business effectiveness, and platform capabilities
- Develop implementation-ready architecture artifacts for large and complex initiatives, including integration patterns, data flows, APIs, workflows, architecture diagrams, decision records, and risk mitigation approaches
- Assess, architect, and integrate intelligent (AI/ML) capabilities responsibly within customer workflows
- Partner with senior business and technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on customer-facing platforms and digital transformation
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance requirements, and long-term business goals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CRM, service and support, partner engagement, revenue operations, and digital experience platforms
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI and ML, and their applications in customer-facing platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable, secure solutions
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile methodologies
