About the Role
As a Solution Architect at Salesforce, you will play a critical role in driving customer success through the implementation of data analytics solutions, particularly with Tableau. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping businesses make data-driven decisions, leveraging the power of AI and machine learning to drive innovation and growth.The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to design and implement scalable data architectures that meet the evolving needs of customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics solutions using Tableau and other Salesforce products
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Design and implement data architectures that are scalable, secure, and efficient
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning
- Develop and deliver training and support materials to customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver sales pitches and presentations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
What We Are Looking For
- Strong technical skills in data analytics, including experience with Tableau and other Salesforce products
- Experience in designing and implementing data architectures, including data warehousing and ETL
- Strong understanding of business needs and ability to develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights
- Experience with machine learning and AI, including experience with tools like Agentforce
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS and Azure
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and D3.js
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Strong understanding of business operations, including experience with ERP and CRM systems
