About the Role
Twilio is seeking a Solution Architect to join its Enterprise Applications Development & Operations organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, delivery, and people leadership across Billing, AR, Collections, Cash Application, and Revenue Recognition platforms.Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on architect and strategic owner for Twilio’s Q2C ecosystem, with deep expertise in Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (ASC 606) and ERP accounting flows
- Lead a team of engineers and functional specialists
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Product, and Business Systems leaders
- Ensure Twilio’s monetization platforms remain scalable, compliant, and resilient as the business grows
