About the Role
Railway is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to work with prospective customers, existing users, and the team to ensure Railway meets the needs of production environments.Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers to guide their success with Railway and assist with onboarding
- Collaborate with the team to advocate for customers and internalize feedback
- Build out Proof of Concepts and demos, incorporating customer insights into product requirements
- Help design and implement scalable processes for identifying high-quality prospects
- Partner with the CEO on larger deals, serving as an advocate for the customer
