About the Role
The Solution Executive role at Sphera is a critical position that requires a unique blend of sales, technical, and business acumen. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Sphera's customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, product experts, and sales engineers, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of large enterprise customers.The role entails a mix of hunting new accounts, managing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be expected to develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate complex deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, a strong understanding of the sales cycle, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand Sphera's customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including hunting new accounts and managing existing relationships
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and negotiate complex deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, product experts, and sales engineers
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of large enterprise customers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sphera's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions
- Proven success in closing large and complex deals
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Excel and other sales tools
- Strong hunter skills and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and navigate complex organizational structures
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers

- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
