Job Description

About the Role

The Solution Expert position at 360Learning is a critical role that involves supporting strategic customers in the RUN phase of their product lifecycle. This entails acting as a trusted advisor on complex use cases, analyzing customer needs, challenging existing setups, and translating requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical consulting or account management, with experience in deploying SaaS products and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Day-to-day, the Solution Expert will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption and deliver tailored solutions beyond standard product capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of the 360Learning platform, the ability to manage a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle, and the capability to lead complex integrations, redesign platform architecture, and provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact and long-term value.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to drive product adoption and deliver tailored solutions
  • Analyze advanced client needs and challenge existing setups to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform
  • Lead complex integrations, including APIs, flat files, and third-party tools
  • Redesign platform architecture to meet customer needs
  • Provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact and long-term value
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive customer success
  • Develop and implement repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery
  • Deliver platform audits to clients and provide professional services
  • Contribute to the knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned
  • Work with the partner ecosystem to strengthen the services proposed to clients

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related
  • Project management skills and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset and ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Organized, structured, rational, and analytical with the ability to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations
  • Enthusiasm for the working environment and a strong understanding of the company culture
  • Experience with Trello and ability to become a Trello expert through the onboarding process
  • Ability to master the 360Learning platform and support clients on basic requests

Nice to Have

  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Knowledge of IT project management and software development methodologies
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Certification in project management or a related field
