About the Role

The Solution Lead - Nursing position at abridge is a unique opportunity for a seasoned nursing professional to leverage their clinical expertise and technological skills to drive innovation in the healthcare industry. As a strategic partner within the commercial team, you will provide expert clinical insights, support the evaluation of abridge's nursing solutions, and act as the clinical voice and advocate during customer interactions. You will be working closely with a team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers to empower clinicians and make care more effective.

The role entails serving as a clinical resource, supporting sales and partner success teams, and providing clinical credibility and subject matter expertise to executive-level audiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with the commercial team during demos, customer presentations, and strategic engagements, as well as engaging directly with prospective and current customers to articulate clinical value and facilitate adoption.

The Solution Design organization at abridge is committed to transforming patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. As a Solution Lead - Nursing, you will play a critical role in ensuring that abridge's solutions effectively address real-world nursing challenges and provide value to clinicians and patients alike.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a clinical resource supporting sales and partner success teams by demonstrating how abridge's nursing solutions enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes
  • Partner closely with commercial teams during demos, customer presentations, and strategic engagements, providing clinical credibility and subject matter expertise to executive-level audiences
  • Act as the "boots on the ground" voice of nursing, engaging directly with prospective and current customers, including senior leadership, to articulate clinical value, address questions, and facilitate adoption
  • Provide insights and feedback from prospect interactions to the product and engineering teams, assisting in prioritizing product enhancements to align with clinical needs
  • Represent abridge at industry conferences, webinars, and events as a clinical thought leader, enhancing abridge's credibility within the healthcare community
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure alignment between customer needs, solution capabilities, and product roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of abridge's nursing solutions, including their clinical applications, technical capabilities, and market positioning
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand abridge's nursing solutions into new markets, customer segments, or use cases
  • Work cross-functionally with the commercial, product, and engineering teams to drive business growth and customer success

What We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within acute care, critical care, or med-surg background
  • Proven track record working in healthcare technology roles, demonstrating successful adoption and integration of clinical solutions
  • Exceptional ability to clearly communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including frontline clinicians, healthcare executives, and technical teams
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort engaging and influencing senior executives, including CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and serve as a trusted clinical advisor internally and externally
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for customer engagements, industry events, and internal meetings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions

  • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems
  • Knowledge of clinical informatics, healthcare analytics, or related fields
  • Certification in a relevant area, such as clinical informatics or nursing informatics
