About the Role
The Solutions Advisory Director role is a senior leadership position that drives strategic growth, client value realization, and solution innovation within Cprime's Enterprise Technology & Value Acceleration (ETVA) practice. This leader serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning technology investments to measurable business outcomes across ITFM, FinOps, TBM, Workforce Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).As a key member of the ETVA practice, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive business value for clients. Your deep domain expertise and strong executive presence will be essential in shaping differentiated offerings and enabling go-to-market success.
The ETVA practice helps organizations connect technology spend to business value by partnering with enterprise clients to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize technology investments, and align financial and operational strategies.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand Cprime's market footprint
- Build and maintain multi-million-dollar client relationships
- Lead and manage a high-performing advisory team
- Align technology investments to measurable business outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
- Drive solution innovation and differentiation
- Enable go-to-market success for new and existing solutions
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in a related field, such as management consulting, technology consulting, or enterprise software
- Strong executive presence and ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Deep domain expertise in ITFM, FinOps, TBM, Workforce Management, or Strategic Portfolio Management
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Experience with GTM and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
