What You Will Do
- Lead and execute impactful customer technical projects, focusing on the implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions.
- Guide customers throughout their journey, leveraging technical expertise and providing hands-on support as needed.
- Design and implement AI-powered data pipeline architectures for enterprise customers.
- Advise customers on the integration of Large Language Model (LLM) based tooling into their existing data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and drive potential growth opportunities with customers.
- Act as the internal source of truth for customer technical requirements, expectations, and needed functionalities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs, influencing the product roadmap.
- Demonstrate the use and best practices of Airbyte’s offering to clients and at industry events.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization’s mission and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Evangelize best practices for building AI-ready data stacks.
- Create and deliver technical content showcasing how Airbyte enables modern AI architectures.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as resident solutions architect, professional services engineer, or consulting role.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure and its role in supporting AI applications.
- Experience with GTM strategies and implementation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Technical expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines and architectures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for data and AI innovation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and their integration with data infrastructure.
- Knowledge of LLM-based tooling and its applications.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
- Experience in creating technical content and presenting at industry events.
- Certification in data engineering or a related field.
