The role of a Solutions Architect at Ema is multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of technical acumen, business savvy, and interpersonal skills. What You Will Do

• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable technical solutions deployment.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Ema's technology and underlying architectures to deliver tailored solutions.
• Create compelling product demonstrations showcasing key features and benefits to potential customers.
• Work closely with customers to execute successful proof of concepts and demonstrations.
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders, focusing on achieving their desired business outcomes.
• Design and architect solutions that align with customer business goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Drive project teams towards common goals of accelerating the adoption of Ema's solutions.
• Demonstrate and communicate the value of Ema's solution throughout the engagement.
• Help take Ema's solution from proof of concept to production, understanding customers' cloud/on-prem environment and unique deployment needs.
• Manage customer problems through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools.
• Create repeatable processes and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, integration guides, and best practices.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Ema's offerings.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
• Solid experience with solution design, architecture, and integration.
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding and solving customer challenges.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.
• Experience with Excel and other productivity tools.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations (as needed).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based deployment models and security considerations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Certification in Solutions Architecture or a related field.
