About the Role

The Solutions Architect position at Netsync is a critical role that involves aligning with customers, partners, and internal teams to create solutions that drive business value. What You Will Do

  • Provide technical expertise in customer engagements, specifically around Cisco's Enterprise Networking and Wireless portfolio, including Meraki.
  • Contribute to the team's ability to meet quota targets, including revenue and profit.
  • Create and deliver enticing proofs-of-concept, presentations, and proposals.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable scope of work items.
  • Conduct effective customer meetings, gathering, documenting, and influencing requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Identify potential new opportunities and articulate Netsync and OEM partners' value proposition.
  • Continually learn the newest technologies.
  • Lead alpha/beta testing and field trials.
  • Provide technical oversight on solution configuration, design, proposal, and deployment.
  • Deliver training and knowledge sharing with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist with strategy development on positioning technology internally and externally.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience that meets the role's responsibilities, typically 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Competency in other solution sets, such as wireless, security, collaboration, and data center.
  • Excellent client management, resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to articulate them.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with SOW/BOM creation, scoping, and pricing services.
  • Experience with design and network architecture.
  • Background in sales engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with solution and financial justification.

Nice to Have

  • Strong RF/Wireless experience.
  • SDN/ACI/DNA experience.
  • Experience responding to bids and/or RFPs in the Public Sector.
  • Certifications in solutions Netsync provides from manufacturers or industry leaders.
  • A master's degree.
