About the Role
The Solutions Architect role at Pertemps ERP is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of enterprise applications and digital transformation. As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture function, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design and delivery of business-critical solutions across finance, procurement, supply chain, and commercial operations. This role will involve working closely with business and technology teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with long-term business objectives and transformation initiatives.The role is based in Frankfurt am Main, but remote work arrangements are available, offering the opportunity to work with a leading international client from anywhere. The team is collaborative and dynamic, with a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation.
As a Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry, including cloud technologies, modern data platforms, and integration patterns. This will involve continuous learning and professional development, as well as contributing to architecture governance and best practices.
What You Will Do
- Design end-to-end solutions across core business processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and business-aligned solution architectures
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration, and data strategies
- Define and oversee integrations across SAP & ERP, commerce, warehouse, pricing, and data platforms
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving solution decisions
- Support digital transformation initiatives and contribute to architecture governance and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures for enterprise applications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of SAP O2C, P2P, and R2R business processes
- Experience working with ERP ecosystems and enterprise application landscapes
- Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS) and API-led architectures
- Understanding of cloud technologies, modern data platforms, and integration patterns
- Experience supporting business transformation and modernization programs
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery methodologies
- Fluent English is required
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP products
- Knowledge of commerce, warehouse, and pricing platforms
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and standards
