## About the Role As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of a dynamic team that partners with Stripe's users to realize their full potential through the adoption of prescriptive solutions. You will work closely with C-level executives, finance leaders, product design, and engineering teams at large global brands and platforms to develop and execute on the account strategy for Stripe's platform prospects. Your expertise will be crucial in driving thought leadership and becoming a trusted advisor for key business and technical stakeholders. The Solutions Architecture Team is committed to delivering exceptional results, and as a member of this team, you will be expected to build highly consultative, trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers in the customer's organization. Your primary focus will be on providing business and technical thought leadership, architecting business models that drive new monetization opportunities and growth. ## What You Will Do - Be a key member of the Platform account team, defining the customer strategy and identifying new complex opportunities to accelerate solution adoption.

• Drive thought leadership and be a trusted advisor for key business and technical stakeholders, including CIO, CTO, COO, CRO, CDO, Head of Product Engineering, and Head of Payments.
• Work to deeply understand the customer's business objectives and design and apply Stripe's solutions to their challenges.
• Develop and articulate the end-to-end customer transformation journey, creating future roadmaps and architectures with deep third-party integrations.
• Conduct business analysis and background research on customers, industries, and competitors.
• Lead strategy engagements with users to align to business priorities, design solutions, and secure the technical win.
• Expand Stripe's footprint within existing accounts to new global markets and business units by introducing new capabilities and local payment methods.
• Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' to bring insights, trends, and opportunities to the leadership, product, and engineering teams.
• Participate in sales forecasting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and account/territory planning to strategically and tactically align for success.
• Provide technical insight and solutions to prospective and existing platform users, guiding and providing technical expertise on Stripe and its benefits for both platforms and their customers.

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect role or a similar technical field, with a strong background in digital payments, fintech, or a related industry.

• Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as payment processing, API integration, and cloud-based technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with large global brands and platforms, with a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive business outcomes.

## Nice to Have - Experience working with Stripe or similar payment platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with API integration and development.
